Who is behind Joe's CAD Co?
Joe’s CAD Co was founded in 2005 by Joe Rowsey, who has been providing training and support services of 3D parametric CAD for over ten years.
Joe worked with Pro/E from 1997 into 2000 and then joined think3. At that time, SolidWorks was proving themselves to be the market leader with user-driven improvements like eDrawings and SmartMates.
Therefore, in 2001, Joe started working with SolidWorks at the nation’s first and the mid-west’s leading SolidWorks reseller, Computer Aided Technology, Inc. Within 5 months, he had earned all three of the possible certifications: Certified Professional (CSWP), Certified Support Technician, and Certified Instructor.
Since then, Joe started working as an independent consultant, but still does work for CATI, including writing and editing manuals and other support documents.

Joe’s CAD Co was started in Chicago and recently relocated to New Orleans, but services are available throughout the United States.
